Always Enough
October 3-6, 2025 | Abercorn, Quebec
Life brought Roxann years of violence and abuse.
And then one day in her small hometown something unimaginable happened. Her once fearful and reactive mother, Byron Katie, returned home - joyful and loving.
“She got a ‘get out of hell free’ card — and I was still stuck in hell.”
At first, Roxann resisted. But eventually, she turned to The Work — and her life began to transform.
Yet, even as freedom grew, a quiet comparison lingered: “I should be freer — like her.”
In other words: I’m not enough.
This curriculum was born out of Roxann’s lived experience — her deep inquiry into the layers of self-attack and the seemingly subtle ways we measure ourselves against our own ideals of goodness & perfection.
In early October we're gathering in beautiful Abercorn for four days of stillness, exploration, and inquiry.
Join us to look closely at the patterns of self-criticism and perfectionism that keep us stuck and explore the origins of some of our deepest, most painful identities.
If you have a Judge-Your-Neighbor Worksheet that you can’t drop - BRING IT and let’s unpack why.
Now is the time to uncover a kinder way.

Now is the time to uncover a kinder way.
Is your mind filling your day with stressful thoughts like, "I’m unlovable, selfish, stupid, unsuccessful, lazy…" ?
Let’s get intimate with the inner-critic and understand the hamster wheel of our suffering.
This 4-day event is designed to inquire into where we still believe self-attack works or motivates.
Moving from fear to understanding and opening up a kinder way.
