​Is your mind filling your day with stressful thoughts like, "I’m unlovable, selfish, stupid, unsuccessful, lazy…" ?

Let’s get intimate with the inner-critic and understand the hamster wheel of our suffering.

This 4-day event is designed to inquire into where we still believe self-attack works or motivates. 
​Moving from fear to understanding and opening up a kinder way.
​

Some experience in The Work suggested, all are welcome.

$500 refund will be offered before April 15th. There will be no refunds after. If you do not send advance notice of your cancellation, if you do not attend, or if you leave the workshop early, your payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.
